The premise of the story involves four friends who go to a cabin in Michigan for the weekend, but soon after arriving they find themselves trapped in their own home by an unknown force that’s turning them into blackmonsters (think “werewolves” but with skin tone).

The protagonist of the comic is a young man named John “Johnny” Blackmon. Johnny is a college student who recently lost his father and is trying to figure out who he is and where he belongs in the world. He can’t seem to escape from his past, which has left him with a deep connection with his mother (who died when he was younger).
He’s an average guy who has to face his own demons while dealing with everyday life.
BlackMonstererror is a normal guy who has to deal with his own demons while dealing with everyday life. He’s not a superhero, he’s just a regular guy.
He doesn’t have any superpowers and can’t fly or shoot fire from his hands like Superman or Spider-Man. Instead of being brave and courageous like Captain America, BlackMonstererror prefers to run away when things get tough (like when he gets hit by an asteroid). If you’re looking for someone who’ll save the day every time there’s trouble in your life, look elsewhere because this hero is definitely not my type!

Issue 4 is a direct follow-up to issue 3 where Raul Tovar begins his new life as an orphan in Mexico with his new family of annoying cousins. Conclusion
The comic is a great read for anyone who wants to be scared out of their wits by an unpredictable story line. The art and writing are both excellent, which makes it one of the most unique comics out there today. If this genre doesn’t scare you then I don’t know what will!
